I had my first experience (and not my last) on Good Friday while in town visiting my sister who lives in Durham who had been several times for lunch previously. My daughter and I were visiting the Duke University campus and looking for a prom dress for her first prom. What better way to spend the evening after shopping up an appetite than to be pampered with such a GREAT dinner experience with the best selection of all varieties of meats one could think of, along with a salad bar out of this world and not to mention the chowder/black beans and rice sides to compliment the main course.
Wow, in my mind, it was just like yesterday. Very impressive set-up!
Estella was such a pleasant hostess/manager/greeter. Alan on the other hand, by far the best mixologist that side of Durham! I do regret that we missed the jazz entertainment, as time was not on our side for the evening. However, expect to see my face again. I have tentatively decided to have my 40th birthday celebration with you guys.(in 2 years) My daughter would like to celebrate her high school graduation celebration with a few close friends there next year.
I can't wait wait to share that experience with more close friends and family. You guys are the BEST! One of your most pleased customers ever!
